Is my décor protected during shipping?
Every piece ships in custom-cut foam inside double-walled packaging, with acrylic faces
film-masked to prevent scratches. Fragile and oversized items are crated. Each order is
insured in transit, and you'll receive tracking the moment it leaves the studio.
When will I see a digital proof?
For custom and personalised orders we send a digital proof for your approval within
2–3 business days. Production only begins once you've signed off — so please check names,
dates and spellings carefully before approving.
How do I care for acrylic pieces?
Dust acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For smudges, use a little warm water or a
dedicated plastic cleaner — never glass cleaner, alcohol or ammonia, which cloud the surface.
Avoid paper towels and abrasive sponges.
How do I care for wood pieces?
Keep wood out of direct sunlight and away from radiators to avoid warping. Wipe with a
slightly damp cloth and dry immediately; refresh the finish occasionally with a wood-safe
conditioner. Don't soak or use harsh cleaners.
