Clientele · volume & custom orders
Custom fabrication for teams, brands and institutions
A dedicated hub for organisations, corporate buyers, sports leagues and event planners who need specialised handling, custom scaling and multi-item runs — quoted with an honest in-hand date, never a vague estimate.
What you get
A studio partner for work that scales
Beyond single pieces, we take on the full brief — design, consistent batch fabrication and the logistics of getting a large run delivered on time and on spec.
Tailored design services
We adapt your logo, colours and brand marks to each material and format — and supply a digital proof so you sign off on exactly what gets made.
Dedicated project handling
One point of contact from brief to dispatch, with a promised in-hand date drawn from our live capacity engine so deadlines are set honestly, not hopefully.
Volume scaling
Multi-item fabrication planned against real machine and material capacity, with a priority Rush tier reserved for runs that are tied to a fixed event date.
How we keep a volume promise
Every date is answered by one question: given everything already committed, what is the earliest we can honestly dispatch your run?

Proven capability
Built for consistent, precision batches
Institutional work lives or dies on consistency. Our production flow is built to make the hundredth piece match the first — gated by a proof you sign, checked against it, and packed to arrive in the same condition it left the studio.
- 1Digital proof sign-offEvery run starts with a to-scale digital proof. Fabrication cannot begin until you approve it — the production clock starts the moment you do.
- 2Precision batch fabricationEach piece is produced against the approved proof on the same machine setup, so colour, placement and finish stay identical across the whole run.
- 3Quality checked against the proofFinished pieces are inspected back against the signed proof, with defects remade rather than shipped.
- 4Custom protective packagingBatches are packed in protective, fit-for-purpose packaging — kraft and foam as the piece requires — to survive transit and bulk handling.
- 5Dispatched on the promised dateWe release against the in-hand date quoted up front, and measure ourselves on on-time delivery.
