Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ONYE storefront and every order you place with us β€” catalogue pieces and bespoke, made-to-order work alike. Please read them before you buy.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this storefront, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms of service and to our policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We operate this storefront as [registered company name] ("ONYE", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or organisation using the site or buying from us.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a breach of these terms.

Products & custom work

Many of our pieces are fabricated to order in natural and manufactured materials. Because of this, colour, grain, finish and minor dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown β€” this is a characteristic of handmade and made-to-order work, not a fault.

Where you supply artwork, text or specifications, you are responsible for their accuracy. We fabricate from the proof or configuration you approve, so please check spelling, sizing and layout carefully before confirming.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or begin fabrication, whichever is first. Until then we may decline the order and refund any payment taken.

We keep a record of your order; you can review it from your account. If anything looks wrong, contact us promptly so we can correct it before work begins.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on each product page and may change over time; the price that applies is the one displayed at checkout. Taxes and delivery are shown before you confirm.

Payment is taken through our payment providers at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at the mistaken price.

Lead times, fabrication & shipping

The lead time shown at checkout is our honest estimate from live studio capacity, not a guarantee. Made-to-order pieces ship once fabrication and curing are complete.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us within [number] days of any damage in transit or shortfall so we can put it right.

Returns, cancellations & refunds

Stock items in unused, resalable condition may be returned within [number] days under our returns policy. Because bespoke and personalised pieces are made to your specification, they generally cannot be returned or cancelled once fabrication has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Intellectual property & your artwork

All site content β€” text, imagery, designs and the ONYE marks β€” belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You keep ownership of artwork you supply, and you grant us a licence to use it solely to produce and deliver your order. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or submit content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Where we are liable, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except as the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order, shown by the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
